Shipping Info
All Paranoid Prints orders ship directly from my studio in Auckland, NZ.
I handle everything myself — packing, protection, booking couriers, the whole process — so your artwork arrives safely and in the condition it deserves.
How long does it take to ship?
Once you place your order, I aim to pack and arrange shipping within 2–4 days.
Everything is made in NZ, and each piece gets a full hands-on quality check before it leaves.
If I expect any delays (for framing, large orders, or peak times), I’ll let you know.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your region.
You can check estimated delivery time and shipping cost directly on each artwork’s product page — just enter your postcode and you’ll get an accurate estimate based on your location.
Most NZ deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days once shipped.
Expedited Delivery
If you need something quickly — a gift, a deadline, a move — email me.
I can’t promise miracles, but I’ll always try to help arrange a faster turnaround if possible.
Do you offer pick-up?
Not right now.
All orders are shipped directly from my studio for consistency, safety, and packaging quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Not through the website yet.
But if you live overseas and really want a piece, send me an email with your country and postcode — I may be able to organise custom international shipping depending on the size of the artwork.
How are orders packaged?
Everything is packed properly to survive the journey:

Framed artworks are corner-protected, padded, and boxed

Unframed prints are rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube

Every order includes your Certificate of Authenticity

All packaging is chosen to keep your artwork safe from bending, moisture, and impact
I pack each order the way I’d want to receive my own artwork.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking details sent straight to your email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Your artwork is insured, and I always make sure customers are taken care of.
